Upgrade to existing AMX Multimedia Presentation System and Room Control System

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 3rd Contracting Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Copper River Information Technology. For the upgrade of an existing AMX Multimedia Presentation System and Room Control System. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 5.202(a)(13)(i). The anticipated award date is 24 March 2010. This notice is neither a request for competition proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 22 March 2010 at 12:00 PM Alaska Daylight Time.
