CLIN 0002: Qty-1 - JPEG2000 Viewer special format support (item code DT-130) for use with Digitool software. This solicitation to purchase a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 8.401. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the specified educational materials, they must respond to this notice before 11:59 pm CST on 11 September 2008.
