DLT Solutions is the only certified reseller of AutoDesk software that offers government pricing. The purchase is for upgrades and renewal subscriptions to existing software meaning AutoDesk is the only brand-name products capable of satisfying the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination not to compete lies solely with the discretion of the Government.
