This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, fixed price, to Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc (Multiple-Award IDIQ Contract) VLO-EP/LU 1 Vitrea Electrophysiology Option Cardiac EP Planning, VLO-MCCFA/LU 1 VITREA MULTI-CHAMBERFUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OPTION, and the APPS-VITONSITE- 16 2 ADDITIONAL ON-SITE APPLICATIONS TRAINING FOR VITREA – 16 HOURS. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, fixed price, to Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc (Multiple-Award IDIQ Contract) VLO-EP/LU 1 Vitrea Electrophysiology Option Cardiac EP Planning, VLO-MCCFA/LU 1 VITREA MULTI-CHAMBERFUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OPTION, and the APPS-VITONSITE- 16 2 ADDITIONAL ON-SITE APPLICATIONS TRAINING FOR VITREA – 16 HOURS. This requirement is for the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) Imagining Services located in North Little Rock, AR. 72114. The software will be installed on an existing server and used on an existing CT imaging modality. Canon Medical Systems USA INC. is the only manufacturer capable of providing this software with the required compatibility. Interested concerns may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion by the Government. There will be no solicitation issued. Responses are to be provided via email to [email protected] no later than 1:00pm Eastern Standard time Friday, September 1, 2023 (no telephone responses). All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Simply responding as an interested party does not constitute your company as a source. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses and questions shall be received via email by e-mail address NLT (6 days from posting date- September 1, 2023 1:00pm Eastern Standard time).
