Market research was conducted and determined that Guldmann Inc is the only vendor capable of providing the Installation, Re-Certification and Training of Guldmann Lifts service necessary that meet the requirements. All items are proprietary to Guldmann Inc and not able to be sourced out to another. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation documents exist, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice. The government MAY consider all Expressions of Interest (EOI) received prior to 8 September 2020. Please include your capability statement. Capabilities Statement should include: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, Dunn & Bradstreet number, and e-mail address; 2. Evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status through registration at VIP (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/), if appropriate, 3. Evidence of ability to offer under NAICS Code 423450 and listing in the System for Award Management (www.beta.SAM.gov), including a copy of the representations and certifications made in that system, 4. Â A summary describing at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate your company s experience to satisfy the requirements of the SOW (3-page limit), 5. Photos of work related to the requirements of the SOW as appropriate. A determination by the government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
