GE Digital Energy 5000 Series, 100 KVA UPS Bypass Panel, Ellectrical and Slab Installation by RW Armstrong, Rigging of UPS into facility

The Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) Acquisition Management Department, Bethesda, Md. on behalf of RADDEP has awarded a sole source procurement to General Electric Company (URGENT REQUIREMENT) for GE Digital Energy 5000 Series, 100 KVA UPS Bypass Panel, Electrical and Slab Installation. The contract is for supplies or services for which the Government has solicited and negotiated with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services satisfied the requirement. This notice of award is not a request for competitive price quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice are solely within the discretion of the Government. Award was made using SAP.
