In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to the small business manufacturer, Trail Ridge Products, Inc., located at 724 E. Kiowa Avenue #5, Elizabeth, CO 80107: ITEM # DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES QTY UNIT OF ISSUE 0001 Percussionaire Intrapulmonary Percussive Ventilator Color: Red 6 EA 0002 Disposable Circuits (Spares) 30 EA The IPV-1C is unique in that it s the only product in the medical ventilation industry capable of providing both flow driven airway clearance with percussive action to assist in airway clearance. The clinical requirement calls for a machine that will provide flow driven airway clearance compared to the more common forced air or pressure flow. Additionally, this product has the capability of ventilation and airway clearance in a portable solution. Trail Ridge Products, Inc. is the Sole Distributor for the Percussionaire Ventilators in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah locations. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 339113 and the Business Size Standard is 750 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Friday, December 11th, 2018. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above.
