OPTICOM LED LIGHTS

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the Limiting sources procedures pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1 (b)(i) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to procure Opticom LED Lights in support of Fire Department, Quantico, VA. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above supplies to the firm of MMS, Inc. , 39550 Lime Kiln Road, Leesburg, VA 20175-6661. The Proposed contract action is for supplies / services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DURATION: The required delivery date is 1 Aug 2013. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
