65--Purchase MEDTRONIC Bundle NIM Response 3.0 Nerve Integrity Monitoring System

This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to MEDTRONIC, INC. The requirement is for the purchase of a MEDTRONIC Bundle NIM Response 3.0 Nerve Integrity Monitoring System located at Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310. Service Agreement includes, but is not limited to the Bundle NIM Response 3.0 Nerve Integrity Monitoring System. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No compatibles or substitutes accepted. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be received by 4 September 2011 @ 5:00 PM EST.
