65--Notice of Intent Sole Source Award for Full Service Maintenance with Sakura Finetek USA

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Sakura Finetek USA, Inc in the amount of $91,464.00 to purchase a Full Service On-Site Maintenance order for the Tissue Tek Tissue Processor, Stainers, and Coverslippers located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, El Paso, TX. Sakura Finetek, Inc has proprietary rights on all Tissue Tek Instruments. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
