65--NOTICE OF INTENT to award to AEGIS SPINE Incororated for spinal pedicle screw systems.

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a firm-fixed price award to Aegis Spine Incorporated in the amount of $30,000.00 for spinal pedicle screw systems. The Surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeons' and the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability; and specifications.
