DRAFT PWS - Medical Supplies & Equipment, supported via Inventory Control System (ICS)

The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) has a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Medical Supplies and Equipment, supported via a proposed Inventory Control System (ICS) to support the needs of its residence. This Draft PWS is not a solicitation, but is published as a planning instrument and as a meas of soliciting industry comments for use in developing the final PWS. This announcement is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This Draft PWS is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately to award a contract on the basis of this or otherwise pay for the information solicited. Responses will not serve as proposals, bids or offers, which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No other information regarding this requirement will be provided at this time.
