Unit must be DICOM complient. Purchase will also include installation and in-service, training, two (2) each of owners manuals and service manuals, manufacturers warranty, and F.O.B. point is Destination. This system must be capable to interfacing with a c-arm/o-arm and provide intra-operative images in 2D and 3D. System must offer Optical and Electromagnetic Technology (AxIEM Technology). System must run ENT Fusion Electromagnetic Solution Software #9733652. Purchase requires 24/7 Service Support, software upgrades, ongoing training, preventative maintenance inspections, clinical training to train new surgeons, surgical coverage support. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
