US Naval Hospital, Guam intends to enter into negotiations with Plus Marketing, Inc., 165 Skyline Drive, Suite 1100 Airport Industrial, Tamuning, GU 96913-4442 with the intent of awarding a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b). The resulting purchase order will provide genuine Ohmeda Flow Meters and other supporting medical parts for installation on government-owned equipments. Sole source determination is based on the need to meet and maintain these equipments in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. Also, Plus Marketing is the only authorized Distributor capable of meeting this requirement on Guam. This notice is for informational purposes only - no formal solicitation package will be issued as a result of this announcement.
