The US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Tracs4Life Tissue Management and Tracking System monthly web server subscription for 20 users. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is Biomedical Synergies Inc., 3034 Northview Road, Wayzata, MN 55391-9215. TRACS4LIFE TISSUE MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING SYSTEM, MONTHLY WEB SERVER SUBSCRIPTION FOR 20 USERS. Period of Performance: 1 February 2010 through 30 September 2010. Must be compliant with all tracking and tracing mandates of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations tissue standards and must be HIPAA Compliant. Must be able to manage entire tissue program from ordering of tissue products through final disposition of tissue to include adverse reaction and recall reporting procedures. Web-based application features must include: documentation of vendor qualification, staff training requirements, inventory management, barcode generation and scanning ability, tracing of product handling, monitoring of tissue storage conditions, and tracking of recipient information and must have broad reporting capabilities that can be customized. However, companies that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
