INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The VA Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Region (VISN 6) Central Acquisition Service intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Carroll Hospital Group for thirty-five (35) Spirit Select Beds. The procurement will be for Spirit Select beds including the nurse call communication cable option, nurse call cables, multi-zone under bed obstruction sensors, and heel float mattresses. NAICS code 423450 applies to this procurement. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to procure from an open market source in reference to the determination of a fair market price and the authority of FAR 19.202-6, and the determination of price reasonableness in accordance with FAR 12.209 and FAR 13.106-3 (a)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations.
