Telephone System

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Office (NASS) intends to award a sole source contract to Alpha Commercial, Inc. located in Palmyra, PA for a telephone system that shall have the capability to be VoIP compliant when the office is ready to move to that technology in the future. The requirement is being awarded on a sole source basis to Alpha Commerical, Inc. because the Lessor for the office space that will be utilized by the Pennsylvania NASS Field Office requires Lessers to use this vendor for these services at this location: Building Location: USDA NASS Pennyslvania Field Office Crums Mill Business Park 4050 Crums Mill Road 2nd Floor, Suite 203 Harrisburg, PA 17112 Anticipated date of award: February 26, 2010
