Intent to Procure Brand Name Supplies via NETCENTS (Telecommunications Switch Products)

The 48th Contracting Squadron intends to procure for other than full and open competetion, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(4)(c). This is a brand name specific acquisition inteded to procure Fastiron Telecommunications Switches and Accessories via the Government IT contract vehicle, NETCENTS. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
