Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order for the Contingency Response Field Office to Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. (ADS), 621 Lynnhaven Parkway Suite 400 Virginia Beach, VA 23452-7369. The agency’s requirement is to purchase RUCKSACK ENHANCED POWER SYSTEM and KIT, BACKPACK RUCK WITH WAIST PAD & SUSPENDER COYOTE BROWN. The RUCKSACK ENHANCED POWER SYSTEM is the only system that combines all elements four items required to meet operational and logistics needs of the Contingency Response Field Office, for inclusion in the agency Expeditionary Readiness Kits, in one comprehensive package. In addtion, Atlantic Diving Supply, Inc. (ADS) is the sole provider of the pre-assembled, self contained, man-portable, lightweight, backpack (Deployment bag) containing two solar collection panels and a waterproof/weather resistant storage battery with electrical connection panels for charging and powering cell phones, laptop computers, flashlights, portable lights, and other common portable electrical powered items used by personnel operating in austere field conditions or adverse environmental conditions. The KIT, BACKPACK RUCK WITH WAIST PAD & SUSPENDER COYOTE BROWN is needed and meets the operational and logistic needs of the Contingency Response Field Office for various CRIM and CI/CT missions thought all deployed locations. (ADS) is the sole provider of the pre-assembled, self contained, man-portable, lightweight, backpack (Deployment bag) containing attached adjustable waist pads with suspenders. This item will be used to carry mission essential equipment as well as gear needed for 3-7 day periods.
