NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE, FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT WITH ACTIVE GEAR OF CANADA. Active Gear will provide heater systems for HMMWV (Military Tactical Vehicles) rear seats for Fort Wainwright, Alaska. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and not a solicitation for offers. A determiniation by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whetther to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
