THIS PRE-SOLICITATION IS CANCELED: PLEASE REFERENCE W91QF511R0010 FOR THE CURRENT PRESOLICTATION NOTICE IN REGARDS TO THIS OPPORTUNITY. This notice is an announcement for a Pre-Solicitation for the Fort Lee Packing, Crating, and Drayage Direct Procurement Method (DPM) Services Contract. This requirement is 100% Small Business (SB) set aside. Only companies identified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as a SB can bid on this requirement. SB's must have an office in Region III (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, DC, and West Virginia). The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified herein as government-furnished, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the DPM. Work to be performed will be those services in the Schedules awarded to the contractor as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. For purposes of this Pre-solicitation notice, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484210, Used Household and Office Goods Moving and has a size standard of $25,500,000.00.
