The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a sole source contract to Tri-County Metropolitan, District of (Trimet) to provide commuter transportation passes between Portland, OR and BLM State Office. This Announcement Constitutes the Only Notice; Quotations Are Not Being Requested, and a Written Solicitation Will Not Be Issued.
