Trimet Annual Bus Passes

The Portland Area Office, Indian Health Service (PAO-IHS) is requesting to purchase Annual Bus Pass for the 2016-2017 Transit Subsidy Program. The Portland-IHS is responsible for a 100% of the cost in which employees must commit to using public transportation 80% of the time commuting to work. Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation, large business known as Tri-Met, is the sole transportation company to provide mass transit that includes buses, light rails & commuter rail service in the Portland Metro Area & vicinity. In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) the statutory authority permitting other than fully competition, as implemented in FAR Part 6.302-1, Tri-met, is the only responsible source that can provide the services.
