The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), 600 5 th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001, under Other Than Full and Open Competition by the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to auto load on a monthly basis the employees federal transit benefit subsidy to the employees Smart Trip card. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
