Toll Service

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles of the New York metropolitan area toll roads for the period of 9/30/15-9/29/16. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. The is anticipated to be a sole source award to MTA Bridges & Tunnels, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of toll roads in the New York area. A limited sources justification is approved and one file. Responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than September 28, 2015 at 10:00am EST.
