Toll Service

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles on the San Francisco metropolitan area toll roads for the period of 2/1/14 - 1/31/15. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Bay Area Toll Authority, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the San Francisco area. A limited sources justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to [email protected] no later than January 7, 2013 at 10:00am EST.
