V--Intent to Sole Source to a SDVOB

The Maryland Healthcare System intends to award to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOB), a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Grace Transportation Services Inc. 9722 Groffs Mills, Owings Mills, MD 21117. This acquisition will be made in accordance with The Veteran's Benefit Act of 2003, FAR 6.3 for Other Than Full & Open Competition, and Public Law 106. This notice is not a request for offers.
