The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract with MTA Bridges and Tunnels Authority for EZ-Pass Account. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
