NOTICE OF INTENT to issue contract extensions for a period of six months through 31 Dec 08 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to the incumbent contractors for packing, containerization, and local drayage of direct procurement method (DPM) personal property shipments. The following contracts will be extended: F44600-03-D-0005 and F44600-03-D-0007 with Quality Van Services, Inc. and F44600-03-D-0006 with Kloke Movers, Inc. These extensions are necessary to provide sufficient time to solicit and award new contract vehicles for these services. This is not a request for proposals.
