Intent to Sole-Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Kettering, Ohio 45409 intends to sole source the procurement to provide payment in advance for clinic postage using a Firm-Fixed Price Sole-Source contract as the procurement method. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 10 has determined that it is in the best interest of the government to award to Pitney Bowes. The contractor is the sole provider of postage for our currently leased meters. The VA anticipates issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract (Sole Source) to Pitney Bowes Inc. on or about 02/15/2019 for the postage refill that is needed.
