M -- RESULTS OF COST COMPARISON STUDY UNDER OMB CIRCULAR NO. A-76 FOR THE DEFENSE REUTILIZATION AND MARKETING SERVICE (DRMS)

This synopsis announces the final decision of the Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76 for select logistics functions at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Offices (DRMOs). The study resulted in the decision to continue to perform the activity in-house and implement the Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO). Solicitation SP0700-03-R-7011 is hereby canceled in its entirety.
