M--RESULTS OF COST COMPARISON STUDY UNDER OMB CIRCULAR FOR DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION CENTER TOBYHANNA, PA

This synopsis announces the final decision of the Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76 for distribution operations at the Defense Distribution Depot Tobyhanna, PA (DDTP). The study resulted in the decision to continue to perform the activity in-house and implement the Government's Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The public review period began on June 7, 2004 and concluded on July 7, 2004 without appeals. Solicitation SP0700-03-F-7012 is hereby canceled in its entirety.
