NOTICE OF INTENT REQUEST # 0010313737 The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 6001 Combat Drive, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to Bittner Trucking, Jennerstown, PA 15547. The contract will be for the rental of maintenance/storage facilities adjacent to the Jennerstown PA Mountain Brake Test Center Course for intermittently use. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years.
