THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. The National Park Service, Southeast Region East Major Acquisition Buying Office intends to award a contract to RUSSELL/BRSNHN/HFFNER Multimedia, (RBH) to produce four thematic 4-5 min interpretive web-based videos. This web-based video program will connect younger audiences with the struggles and triumphs of African-Americans who have served this country in the Armed Forces. The videos shall incorporate current digital filmmaking, motion graphics and audio techniques that make history new and engaging for younger viewers. RBH has completed Phase I on the videos. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of 512110 with a size standard of small. This is a Sole Source Small Business Set-Aside.
