Description

The purpose of this contract will be to produce comprehensive materials for training medical personnel how to use the dual mode noise immune stethoscope (NIS) and interpret its output. Active Signal Technologies, Inc. holds the patent for the device for which the Army wishes to have a training video. As the Army has worked closely with this company throughout the development process, we are aware they are the sole developers of the NIS and therefore the only qualified party to develop a training program for the NIS.
