Ansys STK Premium (Space) - Advanced orbit trajectory design and maneuver planning for satellite and spacecraft missions (TECS)

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the GSA schedule# GS-35F-056DA ANSYS INC. 2600, Ansys Drive Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317 for the purchase of Ansys STK Premium Software Licenses “Space” (ASTKPreS) - Advanced orbit trajectory design and maneuver planning for satellite and spacecraft missions (TECS) to include Support and Maintenance Services for SDA. CLIN0001 – Part ASTKPreS: Premium Software Licenses (Space), 4 Each CLIN0002 - ASTKPreS-TECS: Support and Maintenance, 8 Each The sole source procurement will be awarded as a Task Order off of a GSA Schedule in accordance with FAR Part 8 and 12 procedures. Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement. The contract period of performance will be twelve (12) months with a total estimated value of $600,000. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
