N--Furnish and Install Pump Station and Telemetry Monitoring System for the West Closure Complex Pump Station

In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District intends to Sole Source an award to furnish and install a State of the Art Pump Station & Telemetry Monitoring System, providing data collection platforms integrated with the Iridium satellite network, for the West Closure Complex Pump Station. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications for future procurements in writing to [email protected], not later than 10:00 AM, CST, February 22, 2012, with the solicitation number referenced in the subject line above. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not companies are qualified for future similar procurements. A determination not to compete this proposed effort as Full and Open competition is solely at the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice nor will a Request for Proposal be issued based upon this Notice of Intent.
