The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS), intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis with The National Center for Crisis and Continuity Coordination (NC4), located in El Segundo, CA to provide National Incident Monitoring Services for the Contracting and Facilities Division (PGE). The PBS Emergency Management Office’s goal is to make sure that every PBS associate knows what to do, whom to call, and where to go in the event of an emergency or to secure information regarding Emergency Management (EM) issues, Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP), Occupancy Evacuation Plan (OEP), and Shelter-in-Place Plan. Our mission is to promote unified planning and coordination of disaster mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery against natural or manmade incidents that threaten lives and properties before, during and after a major emergency or disaster. NC4 is a small business firm that provides web-based emergency management services. At a minimum, services under this contract shall include a web-based application with 24-hour national incident monitoring services, mapping services, personalized alert profiles and update/tracking services. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract with a 12-month Base Period and one 12-month Option Period. The NAICS code is 518210.
