The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate sole source commercial item procurement Dan Potter LMS Phase III Transition, all of the VISN and Facility based educational offerings currently accessed outside of the-LMS framework have to be adapted for access through the TMS system. This requires assuring that all offerings not only 1) meet rigorous 508 compliance standards, but also that they are 2) appropriately coded and restructured using a highly complex software taxonomy that requires extensive technical knowledge, 3)the user groups are appropriately identified and coded and the 4)educational content is current and relevant to the target audience. The period of performance shall be for (1) one base year. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302(b)(1)(i). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
