The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 6.302-1 Only one responsible source, to R & K Engineering, Inc.1700 Blue Hills Drive N.E. Suite B Roanoke, VA 24012, to provide Technical and Functional Real Property Support. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of August (4) months 25, August 2008 through December 24, 2008. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
