Notification of the SEC's Intent to Award a Single Source Purchase Order to OTC Link LLC

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to OTC Link LLC for access to OTC markets. The contracting officer has determined that OTC Links LLC is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). OTC markets provides real-time and historical trading and market data from the over-the-counter (OTC) markets, including end of the day pricing of equities traded, data on securities and time range trade data, and company and service provider data for companies with securities trading on the OTCQX, OTCQB, and OTC Pink marketplaces. This service is required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The information provided by OTC Links is proprietary; therefore, OTC Link LLC is the only source for obtaining this information. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year with four (4) one (1) year options and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to OTC Links on or about June, 20 2014. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
