Notice of Intent to Increase Contract Ceiling Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-C-0011 The Department of Labor, on behalf of the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), intends to increase the ceiling of Contract Number DOL-OPS-16-C-0011 with Christopher Gross Consulting, Inc., located at: 332 Minnesota Street, Suite W2700, Saint Paul, MN 55101. The ceiling increase is required to provide Actuarial services and support. The anticipated value of the ceiling increase is $70,000.00. This notice of intent to increase the contract ceiling is not a request for competitive proposals. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of the work required would be advantageous to the Government. THERE WILL BE NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. PHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
