The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to JP Morgan Chase Bank, 1 Bank One Plaza., Chicago, IL, 60670-0001. JP Morgan Chase Bank Annual Maintenance renewal period of performance is from July 1, 2011 to September 30, 2013. The Contractor must provide PBGC the annual maintenance support renewal for a period of one base year 1 Option years. JP Morgan Chase Bank is the sole source for receipt of payment vouchers at the Financial Lockbox. Awarding to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to [email protected] (no later than March 20, 2011, 9 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent.
