X1DZ--Horsham CBOC Succeeding Lease Philadelphia VA Medical Center Intent to Sole Source Notice Services to start 06/01/2021

Per GSAR 570.402 and 570.106 procedures. In support of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center (VAMC), Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to conduct the acquisition of leased office space for the Victor J. Saracini Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic (Horsham Community Based Outpatient Clinic) utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The existing lease expires on 05/31/2021. The requirement is for up to 11,728 net usable square feet (NUSF) of medical office space with adequate parking. The space shall be configured to house a community-based outpatient clinic which provides for Veterans primary care and other specialty care services at a satellite location to the main Philadelphia VAMC campus. The delineated area for this Lease includes the areas within and abounding the below boundaries: North: Route 202 to Route 463 Maple Avenue to Route 611 East: Route 611 to the Pennsylvania Turnpike South: Pennsylvania Turnpike to Route 63 to Norristown Road to Route 309 West: Route 309 to Route 202. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, however, the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The Government factored in costs associated with moving, alterations, and other costs when deciding whether it would relocate. This is not a request for quotations, bids, or proposals. Any costs incurred by potential vendors reviewing or responding to this notice shall not be reimbursed by the Government. Furthermore, there is no guarantee a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Responses are due Wednesday, May 19th, 2021 at 2:00pm eastern, and should include Vendor size status per Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 19 if applicable.
