The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, Hampton, VA intends to negotiate a commercial (GSAM Part 570) Sole Source lease under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The VA intends to award to Robeson Plaza, LLC, 2301 Robeson St, Fayetteville, NC 28305 for a maximum of 9,038 NUSF at its property located at 2301 Robeson Street Suite #101, Fayetteville, NC 28305. Current tenant organization Fayetteville Dialysis Clinic occupies approximately 9,038 NUSF and requires a new lease. Movement to an alternate site is cost prohibitive. Staying in place saves Federal dollars for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Accordingly, the Robeson Plaza, LLC is the only firm capable of providing the supplies and services described above without the Veterans Health Administration experiencing substantial duplication of cost that could not be expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling its requirements.
