Intent to Sole Source Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration currently occupies 5267 net usable square feet of medical and related space in Camden, NJ. The Government intends to award a sole source succeeding lease to the incumbent lessor by April 2020 for a term of up to 15 years. However, the Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
