This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order per FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Soliciting from a single source. The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Judiciary Plaza Limited Partnership, c/o Judiciary Plaza, LLC., 5225 Wisconsin Ave. NW, Ste 601, Washington DC, to provide after hours and week-end miscellaneous services, including minor construction, from October 1, 2016 - September 30, 2017 at 450 5th Street NW, Washington DC. Judiciary Plaza, the lessor for the building, is the only company that can provide immediate and as-required miscellaneous services to include: necessary labor, materials, and/or supervision for miscellaneous building management services such as minor construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet replacement, minor alterations, key duplications, overtime engineering and all other necessary building related maintenance services. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. No solicitation package will result from this synopsis. Firms that believe they can fully meet the Government's requirement may submit substantiating capability documentation detailing how it intends to satisfy the requirement. This information must be emailed to the point of contact no later than 12:00 p.m., EDT, September 22, 2016. No telephonic responses will be accepted on this action.
