--Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full & Open Competition Taos NM

Location: The United States Government intends to award a superseding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease in Taos, New Mexico for the Bureau of Land Management. Required: The Government requires 14,813 BOMA net usable square feet of office and warehouse space in addition to 65 parking spaces. The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, maintenance, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The space must satisfy Government fire/safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards Lease Term: The lease term will be 24 months firm. The government will have 60 days notice to terminate the lease. Interested parties should contact this office by September 17, 2010.
