Notice of Intent The U.S. Government currently occupies clinical space in a building under lease in Jacksonville, North Carolina. The Department of Veteran Affairs, intends to expand the current Jacksonville Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) lease with Construction Managers, Inc. to approximately 35,000 square feet of clinical space and approximately 150 parking spaces to support the Department of Veterans Affairs, Jacksonville, NC patient services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (authority 41 U.S.C. 253(C)(1)) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
