The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) Office of Asset Management and Valuations (PTAA), intends to make a sole-source award to CoStar Group, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking internet-based, computer accessible commercial real estate news, market information and leasing and sales database. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 531390. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for proposals. The Government will consider all responses received by 10:00 AM EST, September 21, 2012. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
